Hi folks, My first post here. Im doing a new build tommorow using the MSI 770-C45 motherboard, and a clean install of windows XP. Ill be using a western digital SATA hard drive. Ive been looking around at various forums, and there seem to be horror storys on clean installs of SATA drives and XP. Do I need a SATA driver, or is the Press F6 during windows setup just for RAID drivers?

Looking on the MSI website for 770-C45 drivers i found this in the drivers section -: ATI SB7xx RAID driver But as the title mentions, this is a raid driver?
